Team Lead I $225 per hour
Team Lead II $240 per hour
Team Lead III $255 per hour

Medical Necessity Reports

Medical Necessity Reports are billed at a rate of $275 per report. Please send requests for reports to our administrative inbox below.

Written Reports


Written reports are not a complimentary service of Silicon Valley Speech. Written reports are billed at the rate of $675 per report. Please send requests for reports to our administrative inbox below.

Cancellation Policy

Email is required: scheduling@siliconvalleyspeech.com, in order to cancel your therapy session.

Less than 24 hours cancellation: $60 service fee
Less than 5 hour cancellation: Full service charge
No Show Appointment: Full service charge

All cancellations must be sent as emails to: scheduling@siliconvalleyspeech.com

Time will be geostamped and marked at received inbox.

The name of the patient

Session time

Silicon Valley Speech maintains the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

Superbill Policy & Procedures

Superbill services through Silicon Valley Speech are complimentary, and provided via our encrypted email server.


Patients of Silicon Valley Speech are solely responsible for any and all charges accrued. All Superbills are submitted to patients using our encrypted email service and this is the only way that Silicon Valley Speech delivers Superbills.

Silicon Valley Speech is not responsible for contacting, coordinating, or seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Patient requests to submit Superbills via regular email or physical mail will not be honored.

Superbills are itemized insurance based receipts that can be used for out-of-network insurance reimbursement submission.  Superbills do not guarantee that your provider will reimburse you for services rendered from Silicon Valley Speech.


Cancellation/No-Show fees are not applicable for insurance reimbursement and will not be included on Superbills.

Superbills are generated on or by the 15th of the month following the month of services.  Patient requests for past Superbills will be sent out on or by the 15th of the month following the month of the request.
